Common questions

How do I delete my account? Profile → Settings → Delete account, or see our Account & Data Deletion page.
A song clip won't play. Check your connection and try again — preview clips are streamed live and can occasionally fail to load. If it keeps happening, email us with the playlist and track name.
I found a bug or have feedback. Email us a description of what happened, and a screenshot if you have one — it helps a lot.
