Account & Data Deletion

Melofy lets you permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time.

Delete in the app

1. Open Melofy and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when asked "Are you sure?". This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your login (email and password) and any linked Google/Apple identity.
• Your profile — display name, avatar (including any uploaded avatar image), and date of birth (if you provided one to enable explicit-content songs).
• Your gameplay data — scores, stats, XP and level, achievements, journey progress.
• Challenges you created and your artist play history.

What is briefly retained

Anonymous, aggregate analytics events tied to your account may be retained for up to 7 days after deletion to keep usage metrics accurate, and are then permanently purged.
